Meet Brad Bartlett, President
Brad started in construction at 16, learning carpentry before earning a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of North Florida. He went on to manage large design-build projects overseas with The Stellar Group before founding Bartlett Construction Management.
Today Brad runs BCM out of Tarpon Springs with a hands-on team: a NARI-certified project manager, a construction manager with 28+ years in the trade, and coordinators who keep you updated from your first call to your final walkthrough.

What does a custom home cost?
It depends on your lot, the size of the home and your finishes. At your estimate meeting, scheduled within 1-2 business days of your consultation, we walk you through real numbers for your plans.
How long from design to move-in?
It depends on the design, the size of the home and the permit timeline where you are building. Your estimate lays out the plan, and during the build you get weekly updates with the schedule and what to expect next.
Do I need to own a lot?
No. Tell us where you are in the process, whether you own a lot, have one under contract or are still looking, and we'll talk through next steps at your consultation.
Do you handle architects, engineering and permits?
Yes. It starts with Concept Design so you can see your layout before anything is built. From there we coordinate the architectural, engineering and stamped drawings, and handle permits.
Who manages my build day to day?
Every custom home has a dedicated project manager. Our PM, Doyle Wellman, is NARI certified with over 31 years in construction, and our coordinators keep you updated from start to finish.
