Brad Bartlett

President

Brad Bartlett is the founder and owner of Bartlett Construction Management. He began his construction career at just 16 years old, learning the trade of carpentry before earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida.


After graduating in 2007, Brad accepted an Assistant Project Manager position with The Stellar Group in Dubai, where he gained international experience managing large design-build infrastructure projects throughout the Middle East. He later returned to the United States and founded Bartlett Construction Management.


BCM was originally established as a construction management firm specializing in high-security and military-related projects, including work at Doha International Airport, the Orlando VA Medical Center, Pensacola Naval Hospital, and multiple U.S. military installations.


Following the residential housing market crash, Brad recognized an opportunity in the redevelopment of residential properties and shifted BCM’s focus toward residential construction and renovation. Today, Brad operates Bartlett Construction Management out of Tarpon Springs, Florida, specializing in residential and small commercial construction while bringing decades of hands-on experience and project management expertise to every project.

Elise Littlefield

Project Coordinator

Elise is the Project Coordinator at Bartlett Construction Management and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Raised in a family-owned general contracting business, she developed an early appreciation for the construction industry and skilled trades. During college, Elise interned with the training institute of a nationwide construction company, supporting programs that trained electricians, plumbers, pipefitters, linemen, and crane operators. She now manages project permitting and oversees the company’s marketing and social media.

Doyle

Doyle Wellman

Project Manager
Doyle is the Project Manager at Bartlett Construction Management. He entered the construction industry at just 17 years old and has gained over 31 years of experience in the field. With 27 years dedicated to project management and recognition as a NARI Certified Project Manager, Doyle is known for successfully overseeing complex projects. He has managed more than 50 projects at one time while maintaining quality and clear communication throughout the construction process. 
 

George Wisneski

Construction Manager
George is the Construction Manager at Bartlett Construction Management, Inc., bringing over 28 years of industry experience to the team. He spent 10 years specializing in custom kitchen and bath renovations and is known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. George proudly served in the United States Navy, where he developed the discipline and leadership that continue to guide his work today.

Morgan Kerns

Project Coordinator
Morgan is the Project Coordinator at Bartlett Construction Management, providing office support and assisting homeowners with material selections while helping keep projects organized and running smoothly. With 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Morgan brings a strong customer service mindset and enjoys helping homeowners through all aspects of the construction process, keeping them informed, comfortable, and at ease along the way.
